VEDIS provides convenient and comfortable transport (buses and other light vehicles) for students and teachers commuting from various locations in the city and neighboring areas of Basupur. It is managed and maintained by the Transport Department of the school. VEDIS has many comfortable buses running to and fro the city and neighboring places. The bus routes are designed such that students do not have to face any problem in commuting from their homes to the school and school to home vice versa.

The School has well designed and equipped separate Science Labs for Physics, Chemistry, Biology & Computer Science. Science Laboratories play a vital role in understanding and application of science. We at VEDIS have tried to cover experiments prescribed by CBSE board providing and empowering students to learn through action.
Biology Lab :- Well equipped with instruments and microscopes and other equipments required for performing the practical.
Physics Lab :- The lab is very well ventilated and equipped with proper apparatus. The practical’s are performed as per syllabus for students from Std. VIII to XII.
Chemistry Lab :- The lab is equipped with proper apparatus and chemicals required for students from VIII to XII.
Computer Lab :-The computer lab is spacious and well equipped with latest hardware and software which is required for practical. Computer Lab has twenty four hour internet connection

Dance is a performance art form consisting of purposefully selected sequences of human movement. This movement has aesthetic and symbolic value, and is acknowledged as dance by performers and observers within a particular culture. Dance can be categorized and described by its choreography, by its repertoire of movements, or by its historical period or place of origin.
We at VEDIS aims at overall development of students by providing platforms for students to perform their talents in various art forms like folk dance, classical dance and some other form of dance under the full supervision of trained dancer.

Education Tours are very important for the overall development of a student. It gives them an opportunity to learn from their own experiences and from the experience of others. When a student visits a historic place and learns about the history of that place, it feels as if he is seeing the historic events from his own eyes. Last year school visited Uttarakhand the land of God for educational tours covering places like Haridwar, Dehradoon , Nainitaal, Rishikesh, Mussorie etc across the state.
